La familia

To talk about your familia you will use verbs as a SER, ESTAR, TENER.

To talk about how many members has your family you’ll use verbo TENER:

¿Cuántos hermanos tienes? Yo tengo cuatro hermanos y tres hermanas.
¿Tienes hijos?  Sí,  tengo un hijo y una hija.

To say about who is your family you’ll use verbo SER:
Yo soy hija de Antonio. (I’m Antonio’s daughter)
Miguel es el padre de Luisa. (Michael is Luisa’s father)

To say marital status we use verbo ESTAR:

Estoy casado/a
Estoy soltero/a
Estoy viudo/a
Estoy divorciado/a
